Schools, Classrooms, Sessions and Enrollment
Montessori Workspace uses the notion of Schools, Classrooms, Sessions and Enrollment to match your real world configuration. Schools contain classrooms and classrooms contain students and guides. Enrollment is used to place students into a selected Sessions for the current Classroom, see Enrolling Students. Guides are placed into the classroom by the Administrator, see Assigning Guides to the Classroom.
All new accounts are created with a default school, My School, a single classroom, My Classroom, and one Enrollment Period. The default Sessions are AM Care, AM, Lunch, PM and PM Care. If this matches your school then you can start adding students by enrolling them in to particular sessions on the days of the week they attend.
