Printing Reports to PDF

Reports in Montessori Worksapce can be saved as PDF files.

All Montessori Workspace reports can be converted to a PDF by using the print function within your browser. The print window can be accessed is several ways; the web browser menus, pressing ctrl+p (PC) or command+p (Mac), or right clicking and selecting print. From the print window change the printer to "Save to PDF"; this option may vary from browser to browser. Click print and follow the prompts.

Export to CSV - The Workspace Report and the Observation Report can be export to CSV (comma separated values) by pressing the Export to CSV button. This will generate a file contains the report data, but isn't formatted and may not be pleasing to the eye. This is for users that wish to format the data on their own or import the data into another system.
