Adding Enrollment Periods

To add a new enrollment period select Administration from the main menu and Enrollment and Session Setup from the submenu. Next, select New Enrollment Period and fill in the pop-up with the period name and start date. The start date is useful for sorting the enrollment periods onto a timeline and keeping the periods in the proper order. Make sure to select Copy Session Information From and Copy Student Enrollment check boxes if you would like to populate the new enrollment period with the session and/or students from an existing period. When you copy session information the session name, grade, start time and end time are loaded into the classroom for the new enrollment period. Similarly, copying the student enrollment will enroll each student into the sessions for the new period.
