Use the Workspace Report to output the presented, practiced and mastered status for each student in your classroom. Select Reports from the main menu and change the classroom and enrollment period if necessary. Select a student from the list on the left. In the Workspace Report section in the center of the page you can optionally set an after and before date range using the calendar icons. A check box is used to include works not yet presented. When you are finished with your selections select Generate Report.
The displayed report shows the status level for each work by Area. You have the option of adding a comment to the top of the report and separately to any Area. If you do not want a comment select the X at the start of the comment line to remove it from the output. Individual status lines can be hidden from the output by selecting the X at the start of the line. This only hides the status on the current report and does not affect the database. Selecting Print Report prints the report in its current configuration. Selecting Reset Report returns the report to its initial state by removing any report comments and redisplaying any hidden status.
