Recover a Deleted Student

Audience: Administrators only.

A deleted student is not removed straight away. For 30 days after deletion you can restore them, with all of their progress and observations intact.

1. Select Students from the main menu.
2. Set the Status filter to Deleted Students. Deleted students are shown with a Deleted status dot.
3. Find the student and click Restore.

The student returns to your account with their history unchanged.

Good to know: After 30 days, deleted students and all of their history are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Note: You must have Administrator access to view and restore deleted students.
