Montessori Workspace Pricing

Audience: All users.

Montessori Workspace pricing is simple: accounts start on a 14 day free trial. $20 per month base subscription, including up to 10 students. $1 per student per month for each active student from the 11th onward.

• No contracts.
• No hidden charges.

You only pay for the students you actively manage in the system. Whether you are tracking 8 students or 108, pricing adjusts automatically based on your active student count. You can add or remove students at any time, and your subscription updates accordingly.

Good to know: Legacy pricing plans: some Montessori Workspace accounts created in the past have a different structure than the current pricing plan. If you have questions about your current subscription, view your plan details in Account Settings or contact support anytime.
