# Workspace Report

*Audience: Administrators and Guides.*

1. Select Reports from the main menu.
2. Select a student from the list on the left.
3. Choose your options: Works to Include (Presented only; Presented or Practiced; Presented, Practiced or Mastered; Mastered only; or All Works), Work History, Work Comments, Hidden Works, Hidden Areas, and a date range.
4. Select Generate Report.

> **Good to know:** The report can be printed or saved as a PDF using your browser's print function, or exported with Export to CSV. See Printing Reports to PDF.
