# Student List

*Audience: Administrators and Guides.*

Use the Classroom Lists reports to create customised lists of students. Four starting points are available: Class List, Student Contact List, Birthday List and Allergy List.

The filter lets you select the sessions and days of the week for the list, and group by session and day combinations. For example, you can create a class list for a field trip showing only the children in school on Thursday during the AM Session.

1. Select Reports from the main menu and change the classroom if necessary.
2. Choose your starting list from Classroom Lists on the right.
3. Use the filter control at the top of the report to show session, day and grouping options. The X at the start of any line hides it from output, and hovering over a column heading reveals a hide column option. Reset Report restores the initial state.
