# Selecting Which Observations to Display

*Audience: Administrators and Guides.*

The observation filters change what appears in a student's History feed.

1. Select Filter, then tick the entry types to show: Observations, Works and Attendance. Tick Only Show Items With Photos to hide entries without a photo.
2. Optionally set a From and To date range.
3. Select Apply Filters.

> **Good to know:** Reset Filters returns the feed to showing everything. You can also switch between newest-first and oldest-first order.
