# Observation Report

*Audience: Administrators and Guides.*

Use the Observations Report to output a student's social behaviour and personal anecdotes, work progress, attendance and photos in a timeline format.

1. Select Reports from the main menu and change the classroom if necessary.
2. Select a student from the list on the left.
3. In the Observations Report section, optionally set a date range, and use the check boxes to include Observations, Works, Attendance, Only Show Items With Photos, or to Hide Comments.
4. Select Generate Report.

> **Good to know:** The report has a section at the top for an optional comment. Individual observations can be hidden using the X at the start of a line. Reset Report returns it to its initial state.
