# Image Uploader Not Working

If you are unable to upload images on the Observation, Student, or Observation page, this is likely caused by the Adobe Flash Plugin configuration on your browser.  Installing and/or enabling the latest version of Flash will resolve this issue. 

To install the latest version of Flash, simply do a web search for "Adobe Flash" the first link will usually be the correct version for you browser.  Confirm that it is and follow the instruction.
