# Changing Your Password or Username

## Changing your password

1. Select the person icon at the top right and choose **My Account**.
2. Under **Password**, type your new password in the **Password** and **Password confirmation** fields.
3. Select **Save Guide**.

## Forgot your password

1. On the login page, select **Reset your password**.
2. Enter your email address and select **Send reset link**.
3. Open the email we send you and follow the link to choose a new password.

## Changing your username

You log in with your email address, so your email is your username.

1. Select the person icon at the top right and choose **My Account**.
2. Under **Contact Information**, change the **Email** field.
3. Select **Save Guide**.

From then on, log in with your new email address.
