# Assigning Guides to Classrooms 

*Audience: Administrators only.*

1. Open Account Settings and select the Classrooms tab.
2. Select the desired classroom.
3. Under Guides in [classroom name], select the checkbox for each guide assigned to that classroom. A Select All Guides option is available.
4. Select Save.

You can also assign classrooms from the Guides tab by opening an individual guide's record.

> **Note:** You must have Administrator access to assign guides to classrooms.
