# Adding Comments to a Recorded Observation 

*Audience: Administrators and Guides.*

Every entry in a student's History feed can carry a note, including progress entries recorded from the Workspace and observations that were saved with only a photo.

1. In the Observations feed, find the entry and click the pencil icon.
2. Type or change the note and select Save.

> **Good to know:** Attendance entries cannot be edited. You can only change entries that you created yourself.
