# Adding a Student 

*Audience: Administrators and Guides.*

To add students, use the Students item on the main menu, or the Add Student button found above the student lists on the Workspace, Observations, Attendance and Students pages. Add Student is a quick way to create new students or place existing students into a classroom (see Adding Students with Add Student).

The Students page also gives access to each student's profile (see Student Setup).
