Max number of students on an account
Hi
We have opened an account and started to load the students. I understand that the first five are free, however the site allowed me to load 31 before advising that we were at our maximum and asking for the account details.
I just want to confirm before I make a payment that I can have more that 31 students on the account. I currently have 38 in my Elementary class and we have a further 28 in the 3-6 class.
Also can we have one account that can have 3-6, elementary and middle school classes? Or will it be three separate accounts?
Also is there an additional cost f we ask you to upload the SAMA curriculum for us?
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards
Cindy Preston

Cindy,
Thank you for reaching out to Montessori Workspace. With regard to the ability to add student's above the 5 student limit....you have just found a bug that we are aware of. The bug allows you to add as many students as you would like free of charge the very first time you create the account. The good news is that this bug helps you! For those people that are lucky enough to find this bug, we let them continue on for as long as they like for free. The catch is that if try to add another student after logging out and logging back in, the system will will ask you for a credit card. At this point the system will start to charge you for all of you students in the system (except for the first 5 students which are always free).
I hope this answers your question. Let us know if there is anything else we can help with.
Best,
Tim

Cindy,
I forgot to answer your question about having multiple curriculum sets in the same account. Montessori Workspace absolutely supports this. Simply create another classroom(s) and start entering the curriculum you'd like. Ecah classrooms configuration is unique. Under the hood, however, the system uses a common set pool of works. So, the Pink Tower is the same Pink Tower in Classroom A as it is in Classroom B, but the two teachers might have tem organized differently (or not in the classroom at all).
I hope this is clear. If not, let me know and I can try again.
Thanks,
Tim
