WS: incorrect progress shown (related to similar but differet issue w/same title)
Hi, I would call this an enhancement EXCEPT that it unfortunately renders entering lessons presented to "ALL STUDENTS" useless, forcing me to select individual students. So the potentially very helpful MWS "all students" & attendance integration cannot be used!
=> Here is the problem: I have 2nd and 3rd year students who have mastered some work; I then present that work to the whole classroom, and the 2nd / 3rd year students frequently assist in modelling the work for younger students. If I enter "ALL STUDENTS" the result is all my experienced students appear to have reverted to first period!
Important: this practice of re-presenting (called a learning spiral) happens a lot in a Montessori classroom, and is a basis for any multi-age classroom. => Most lessons presented to "ALL STUDENTS" include students who have already mastered the work, so using "ALL STUDENTS" causes apparent regression. Again, I dont see how any Montessori classroom can use "ALL STUDENTS" at all. Please help with a fix or advice, thanks.

Marc,
I think enhancing the quink entry tool to not regress students is a great idea. I haven't hear any other teachers complain about this, but I am sure it has affected people out there. I have added it to our backlog, but cannot predict when we might get to it.
Thanks!
Tim
